PHOENIX — The city of Glendale announced Monday that it is bringing back Valley Metro’s RideChoice, a low-cost ride program for residents with disabilities.

RideChoice is meant to provide Arizonans with more flexibility and access to transportation around the Valley.

The city will start offering the service to residents who are certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act for paratransit on Dec. 1.

Details on RideChoice returning to Glendale

The program is available for trips that start in Glendale and travel outside city limits.

Eligible riders can use RideChoice 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year — even on holidays — and don’t have to book it 24 hours in advance.
