A dad who suffered 'life-changing' injuries after being struck by a car outside a shop in Bolton is continuing to fight for his life three weeks on from the 'unimaginable' incident.
Lewis Rimmer, 41, remains in hospital in an induced coma and is still 'critically ill', his friends said in an update.
His wife Sarah and other loved ones have remained by his side since he was knocked down by a Range Rover outside the Sainsbury's Local on Darwen Road in Bromley Cross on October 27.
The dad-of-two had popped into the shop to buy a lottery ticket before he was hit by the vehicle.
