OMAHA, Neb. —
A Nebraska man will face a judge in nine separate cases on Thursday.
John McGinn faces 13 misdemeanors of intimidation by phone or electronic device.
The criminal affidavit alleged McGinn called therapists around Omaha and sent them sexually explicit content.
He was accused of similar behavior in 2018.
In the case, the Nebraska State Patrol said he harassed at least 35 to 40 therapists and real estate agents.
