NORWALK, CT (WFSB) - Police in Norwalk sought the public’s help to identify a man they said was struck by a driver on Tuesday.
The man was hit in the area of 600 Connecticut Ave. on Nov. 18 around 5:50 p.m.
Police provided a photo of the man.
They said they found him in the westbound lanes.
Emergency medical care was provided.
They said the man suffered serious injuries and needed to be transported by ambulance to Norwalk Hospital.
They could not identify him.
Police said that based on their preliminary investigation, the man walked south across the westbound lanes of Connecticut Avenue outside of a designated crosswalk when he was hit.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene, police noted.
