A former employee of a Miami Beach charter boat business owner arrested in a pair of alleged teen sex trafficking cases is speaking out about his shocking behavior during her time working for him.

Kutay Satiroglu, 45, was arrested last week on charges of human trafficking, lewd and lascivious battery on a child, and contributing to the delinquency of a child after a 17-year-old girl said she began a sexual relationship with him earlier this year, an arrest report said. He's also facing a new human trafficking charge as well as a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor after a second alleged victim came forward .
