The accused – Dr Umar un Nabi, identified as the Delhi bomber, along with Dr Muzammil Shakeel Ganai and Dr Muzzafar Rather – spent about 20 days in Turkiye. ​​They reportedly undertook the journey after being advised by their handler, Ukasha, believed to be based near the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
