This week, OpenTable released its list of the top 100 restaurants in America for 2025.

According to the study, researchers with the restaurant-booking website used over 10 million diner reviews — along with ratings, reservation demands, and five-star reviews — to figure out which eateries ranked as the best in the nation.

“The list showcases the full spectrum of diner gems, from family-run favorites and creative newcomers to MICHELIN-starred destinations that continue to raise the bar,” the study reads.

This year’s list spans over 40 cities in the U.S., with Chicago claiming the top spot. The Windy City featured 16 of the restaurants included in the final ranking.
