The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued a warning about a "possible health risk" following the recall of certain products. Three flapjack items have been withdrawn from sale due to an undeclared ingredient.
Flapjackery has recalled several Mince Pie Crumble Flapjack products because they contain undeclared almonds. This poses a potential danger to anyone with an allergy.
On its website , the FSA stated: "Flapjackery is recalling Mince Pie Crumble Flapjack products because they contain almonds (nuts) which are not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to almonds (nuts)."
