The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) emphasized on Tuesday (November 19) that these cases are unrelated and urged the public to remain calm while investigations continue. "JSO is aware of rumors circulating about a serial killer on the loose in Jacksonville. We can confirm these claims are FALSE," the agency stated on social media .
