PHOENIX – Two people have been arrested for allegedly breaking into the Mon Cheri Restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale last month and getting frisky, authorities announced Friday.

Brian H. Morrow, 39, and Corrisa K. Sucanick, 30, were taken into custody a day apart earlier this month, according to the Scottsdale Police Department.

Sucanick was arrested Nov. 3 in Scottsdale and booked into jail on one count of third-degree burglary, police said. Morrow was arrested the next day at a motel in north Phoenix and booked on one count each of third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

None of the charges were related to their alleged sexual activity during the break-in at Mon Cheri Restaurant. That element did not meet the criteria for criminal prosecution, police said.
