The Detroit Lions may have lost their Week 11 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles, but their defense gave them plenty of opportunities to try and get the road victory.

One of the highlights from the game was their ability to stop the vaunted “tush push” that has frequently been the undoing for teams opposing the Eagles.

They completely stopped the tush push three times and forced false starts and other penalties on all but one other attempt from the Eagles.

Detroit’s defense already featured plenty of talent and had been performing well this season, but its ability to affect teams on short-yardage situations is unparalleled in the NFL right now.
