A mum who brought a pair of scissors to cut flowers placed on her son's grave died after her ex-husband used them to stab her to death , a court has heard.

Martin Suter, of Lee-on-the-Solent, has pleaded guilty to murdering Ann Blackwood, 71, by stabbing her to death at Crofton Cemetery in Stubbington, Hampshire, on July 24, 2023. Ms Blackwood was laying flowers at the grave of hers and Suter's late son Christopher, who died by suicide on the same day in 2003, a year before the two divorced.
