CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A man who pleaded guilty to shooting and killing three University of Virginia football players in 2022 has been sentenced to a lengthy term in prison.
On Friday, Christopher Darnell Jones Jr. was sentenced to the maximum of five life sentences plus 23 years for the charges of using a firearm in commission of a felony.
