Uncle John’s Cider Mill is more than just a place to purchase doughnuts, cider and fall goodies. It’s also a home. The Beck family has owned the property in St. Johns continuously for more than 100 years, making it one of Michigan’s designated Centennial Farms.

What started as a wholesale fruit and vegetable farm has turned into a hub where families and Michigan State students from across mid-Michigan come for community and fall memories. The family runs the operation from the farm itself, waking up with the sunrise to ensure thousands of visitors find time with their loved ones. The namesake of the farm, John Beck, still lives and works on the farm to this day after buying the farm from his parents.
