The Lexington Richland Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (LRADAC) Foundation announced it has received an unrestricted $20,000 gift from an anonymous donor known as the “Cheerful Giver.” The gift was made through the Central Carolina Community Foundation and will directly support individuals and families seeking treatment for alcohol and substance misuse in the Midlands.
