EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - An Evansville man is facing Drunk Driving charges after officers say he crashed while under the influence.
Evansville Police say 35-year-old Kulwinder Singh was driving north on Harmony Way around 10:40 p.m. Saturday when he crashed into a parked car.
That was near the intersection of Waterman Drive.
Police say Singh told them he dropped his vape, and when he went to grab it, he crashed.
According to EPD, Singh failed several field sobriety tests, and had a BAC of .223 based on a breathalyzer test.
Police say they found an open container of brandy and two closed containers of the same brandy in his car.
Singh was arrested and taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail.
