NEW ORLEANS —
As the one-year anniversary of the Bourbon Street terrorist attack approaches, a new memorial has been unveiled to honor the 14 people who lost their lives on New Year's Day.
The memorial, named "Second Line in the Sky," features more than 800 prayer flags flying over the first three blocks of Bourbon Street. Advertisement
