A Darlington man who went missing for nearly three months was found dead in woodland, an inquest heard.
Darren Crow, 44, was last seen in Grinton Park Way, in Darlington, in the early hours of Thursday, May 29.
His car, a gold-coloured Honda Civic, was seen later that day in the Tindale area, but neither it nor Darren were ever traced.
On August 11 his body was found in woodland near Willington by police, weeks after officers stood down their missing person search in mid July.
An inquest was opened into his death at Crook Coroners’ Court on Tuesday (November 25), and heard he was found 74 days after being reported missing.
