The University of Winnipeg has abruptly parted ways with its president and vice-chancellor, Dr. Todd Mondor, with the Board of Regents announcing Monday that he is “no longer with the University, effective immediately.” The university says the leadership change comes as it prepares to implement its new strategic plan.
