Two teenagers were wounded Wednesday night after a heated argument ended in gunfire on a busy Brooklyn shopping strip, police said.

Police rushed to the scene of the shooting around 7:21 p.m. at Fulton and Jay Sts. in downtown Brooklyn, where a young man and woman, both 18, were shot in the leg, officials said.

EMS transported the pair to New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist, where both were in stable condition.

There were no arrests as a search for the gunman continued, cops said.
