An Alabama attorney charged with trying to fatally poison her husband is accused of putting fentanyl in his food on multiple occasions, according to newly released court documents.
Sara Baker, a 74-year-old lawyer in Cullman, was taken into custody Tuesday night on 11 felony charges.
Baker is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, three counts of attempted murder, second-degree domestic violence, elderly abuse, four counts of soliciting/possessing a controlled substance and unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
