An officer stopped a car on Woodview Drive at 12:11 PM. A narcotics investigation was initiated and officers requested a narcotics K-9 unit from the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office. The K-9 indicated the presence of narcotics inside the car. A search of the car and occupants revealed both fentanyl and cocaine, police said. As a result, Jay Ferris, 45, of Falmouth was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A substance. Sarah Graham, 50, of Falmouth was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B substance, uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Both were booked and later released on personal recognizance.
