Young people battling cancer who will spend Christmas in Edinburgh hospitals are set to wake up to a bundle of festive gifts this year.
Patients aged 13-24 at the capital's Royal Hospital Children and Young People and Western General Hospital will receive gift bags filled with vouchers, selection boxes, sweet treats, and festive surprises on Christmas morning.
The holiday cheer is thanks to a nationwide campaign from Project Youth Cancer and the Edinburgh children among hundreds of teenage and young adult cancer patients across 45 hospitals in the UK and Ireland who will wake up to gifts.
