Northern Monterey Bay and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast as well as San Francisco County are included in a coastal flood advisory released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 6:54 p.m. The advisory is valid from Tuesday 6 a.m. until Sunday Dec. 7, at 3 p.m.
