BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — At Brookdale Senior Living , the holiday season isn’t just marked by decorations or festive gatherings.

For many residents, families and staff, it’s a time when the community comes together with a shared purpose: supporting those touched by Alzheimer’s disease.

To help support those in need, Brookdale invites the community to take part in its annual Giving Tuesday fundraiser. The event raises money for the Alzheimer’s Association while bringing residents, families and local businesses together.

“This community is deeply affected by Alzheimer’s,” said Angie Rumer, sales manager at Brookdale. “Many of our residents and their families live with it every day. We want to do everything we can to support them.”
