Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its sliced/fresh grilled subs, will open at 2540 W. Apache Trail in Apache Junction on Dec. 3.

Franchise owner Rich MacLachlan will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, Dec. 3 to Sunday, Dec. 7 to support Apache Junction High School. Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort prior to the opening can make a minimum $3 contribution to Apache Junction High School in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
