NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police arrested a man once considered a victim of a double shooting. Investigators charged 29-year-old Trevonte Dugue with second-degree murder for the death of 27-year-old Tyrone Walker.

The shooting happened at the Citgo gas station in Norfolk's Ocean View area on November 25. Eyewitnesses told 13News Now they heard a series of gunshots before a crowd of people ran away from the scene.

Newly filed court documents reveal that the entire shooting was captured on surveillance video. Police said the video shows Dugue getting out of a car with a gun and shooting Walker in the head.

Sometime during this altercation, Dugue suffered a gunshot wound to his chest, but it's unclear how that happened or what led up to the shooting.
