Tom Henderson, 40-year resident of Ketchum, passed away on Nov. 4, 2025, at the age of 94.
He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Lester and Isabel Henderson. His parents moved him and his sister, Geraldine, to Los Angeles in the late 1930s. Tom studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to dental school at Marquette University.
After college, Tom served as a captain in the U.S. Army in Germany. He loved his time in Europe and stayed after his military commitment to live in Kitzbuhel, Austria, and ski across Europe with his friends John Droege and Bob Smith. He also skied in a Warren Miller film while in Kitzbuhel. As an avid Formula 1 fan, he was also able to take in many races in Europe.
