As the holiday season kicks off, the Wood River Valley is chock full of festivities, with caroling and holiday concerts chief among them.

Caritas Chorale, Colla Voce and the Sun Valley Carolers have numerous events to offer this month.

Caritas Chorale is set to carol at Hospice & Palliative Care of the Wood River Valley at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, during the hospice's annual tree lighting ceremony.

The group also has two holiday concerts at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church in Sun Valley, the first from 7-8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, and the second from 3-4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14.

Alongside church organist Lisa Petit, Richard Stahl will lead a Christmas carol singalong at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Hailey at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 21, that is open to the public.
