A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with stealing three vehicles in Gloucester Township, officials said,

According to police, at about 8:25 p.m. on Tuesday, officers were dispatched the the area of Revere Run in the Sicklerville section of Gloucester Township on a report of vehicle theft.

This area, police said, was already being targeted for enforcement operations because of recent crime trends and officers flooded the area and found a 15-year-old boy.

When officers attempted to stop the youth, police said, he fled and was captured after being located.
