Matt Rhule said the Huskers' youth allowed the program to be "selective" with this year's recruiting class.
Nebraska football officially added 10 signees on Wednesday , including in-state standout Jase Reynolds.
"Over three years, our commitment to recruiting the state has been really really solid. Jase stood out — he's fast, he's athletic. At the end of the day… we think to ourselves 'can we beat Ohio State with this person, beat Michigan with this person?' Jase was a guy… that we felt convicted on that he would," Rhule said.
Rhule shared his thoughts on what the recruits will bring to NU and talked about the departure of defensive coordinator John Butler.
