SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - As Missouri wildfire risk grows, regulators and utilities are taking ‘proactive’ steps to prevent more. Missouri may not be known as a wildfire-prone state, but there have been more than 2,700 this year. One area of concern is power lines.
