Two people have been bailed as investigations continue into a sexual assault in Stowmarket last month.
A woman aged in her 30s was out running along a pathway off Iliffe Way when she was approached by an unknown man, who pulled her to the ground and sexually assaulted her.
The assault took place between 5.45am and 6am on November 19.
Yesterday, on December 3, detectives arrested two people as part of the investigation. A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and attempted rape.
A 49-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
The pair were taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
An eFit of the suspect was released last month.
