LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Two people were arrested after meth and guns were found in a Lincoln home with children inside on Tuesday.
As part of an ongoing investigation into meth sales and firearm possession, investigators obtained a search warrant for 37-year-old Joshua Heller’s Lincoln home and his Chevrolet Silverado.
Investigators spotted Heller leave his home and pick up a man known to be a parole absconder at another home, court documents show. The men were contacted and detained shortly afterward.
Investigators found a loaded .40 Smith and Wesson handgun inside of a holster near the place where Heller was taken into custody, police wrote.
