New charges have been laid in a homicide probe involving four people who were attacked in a small Lambton County retirement community near Lake Huron.
Lambton OPP said they were called around 1:40 p.m. Saturday to a home on Northville Crescent in Lambton Shores, where one person died, a second was taken to hospital with serious injuries, and a third person was arrested. Police did not initially release any names.
In an update Thursday, police confirmed what had previously been reported: the deceased is Kimberly Hack, 57, of Lambton Shores, and the accused is Justin Hack, 23, of Middlesex Centre.
Appearing in Sarnia bail court Thursday by video from the Sarnia Jail, Hack was read additional charges linked to Saturday’s investigation. They include:
