SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Skies will be generally fair for the bigger and brighter moon tonight. This supermoon is the third in a row and is expected to be 30% brighter and 14% bigger as a result of it being closest in its orbit around the earth.
We can expect to see those skies stay clear on Friday with another warm day on tap. Highs will warm into the low to mid 80s af few miles away from the Gulf. Right on the beach it will warm into the mid to upper 70s.
Saturday we will see a few more clouds but still it should be mostly sunny to partly cloudy throughout the day. We have only a 30% chance for a few passing showers now and again through the day.
