The Newnan City Council will review three rezoning applications at its Dec. 9 meeting, each related to proposed residential developments that could reshape parts of the city.

The items are being presented for information only and will be forwarded to the city’s Planning Commission for further evaluation.

Celebrate Life Parkway: 220-unit residential community proposed

Under application RZ2025-08, Parkland Homebuilders LLC is requesting to rezone approximately 32 acres on Celebrate Life Parkway from Community Shopping Center to Residential Multi-Family Dwelling – Higher Density.
