A video of a man being pulled out of his car and arrested at a drive-through is going viral locally.

On the Sh-- That You See in Killeen Facebook page, the video — which has garnered 571 reactions and more than 700 comments as of Friday — shows a Killeen police officer repeatedly asking Joe Lewis Byrd II to get out of the car and Byrd asking why he was being pulled over and telling police not to break the window.

Eventually, Byrd is pulled out of his car by two officers and arrested while three police officers restrain him.

Following questions from the Herald, KPD issued a statement regarding this arrest, saying that Byrd was initially being pulled over allegedly for not wearing a seatbelt, but then refused to stop.
