Yoane Wissa may have only touched the ball 10 times after his cameo against Burnley but it was enough to raise the roof at St James' Park.

For the £55m man it brought to an end 88 days of hurt after he suffered an injury just a few days into his switch from Brentford. But as he started his quest to emulate the likes of Alan Shearer, Andy Cole and Les Ferdinand, he got the boost he needed from a crowd delighted to see him finally on the pitch.
