STOUGHTON, Wis. -- Stoughton declared a snow emergency with 2-5 inches expected on Saturday night heading into Sunday morning.

City officials said parking will be even/odd from midnight to 8 a.m. for three consecutive periods unless cancelled or extended.

The emergency is expected to end at 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
