Penn State headed to Pinstripe Bowl in NYC to face ACC program, per report

Could it be a Penn State -Pittsburgh bowl game in late December?

It could.

Brett McMurphy of On3 reported Saturday that Penn State (6-6) will play in the Dec. 27 Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium.

The game is a noon kickoff and will be carried by ABC.

PSU will face an ACC team, but McMurphy has not reported who the Nittany Lions will face.
