Stolen vehicle: Breezeway Drive

On Nov. 13, officers responded to a call regarding a vehicle that was abandoned in the road and a man walking nearby asking to use a phone. The car and the man were found to be involved in a vehicle theft and pursuit from multiple agencies.

OVI: Center Ridge Road

On Nov. 15, a driver was stopped for speeding and arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

OVI: Depot Street

A resident called police on Nov. 15 for a single-car crash. The driver was charged with reasonable control, drunk driving and open container and taken to the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office.

Disturbance: No address

Officers were dispatched around 1 am on Nov. 9 for a report of a drunk resident damaging property and causing a disturbance.
