A newlywed Pennsylvania pastor is accused of sexually assaulting a minor during a robe fitting at his office, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.

Michael Arthur McMullen Sr., 68, of Harrisburg, was charged after an investigation into a Sept. 8 incident involving a juvenile identified as C.B., according to his criminal docket. He is facing Felony Unlawful Contact With a Minor, Misdemeanor Corruption of Minors, and Misdemeanor Indecent Assault of a Person Less Than 16 Years Old.

According to the affidavit, the minor told investigators she was being fitted for a robe when McMullen measured her waist without consent, rubbed her chest, brushed her buttocks, and ran his hand down the back of her leg. She reported that he made a graphic sexual comment — “If you want me to lick it-let me know, I lick it the best” — while licking his lips, police wrote.

A forensic interview at the UPMC Child Advocacy Center confirmed the allegations, and the victim said she believed McMullen “wanted sex from her,” according to the affidavit.

The same day as the incident, McMullen announced his wedding date on Facebook.

McMullen was taken into custody on Nov. 18 and appeared for a preliminary arraignment before Magisterial District Judge Marian Urrutia at 2:45 p.m., where his bail was set at $25,000 unsecured. His preliminary hearing, originally set for Dec. 11, was continued and is now scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, at 1:45 p.m.

McMullen’s social media states he is a pastor at St. John AME Church and the Executive Director of Robe Gifting International. He also lists roles as Senior Vice President and Publisher at "Power Magazine", Chief Marshal for the First Episcopal District, Project Director at Pristine Development Group, and Executive Analyst with George S. May International Company.

His page shows he attended the AME 1st District Aspire Youth Congress at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Cherry Hill, New Jersey — a youth-focused church gathering with more than 1,000 registered attendees — just two months before the alleged assault.

His profile also states he is a newlywed, having married Gloria McMullen on Oct. 11, 2025.

He reports originally being from Washington, D.C., living in Harrisburg, attending Harrisburg High School, before studying at Fuller Theological Seminary and the University of Arizona Global Campus.
