CINCINNATI, Ohio — The Bengals offense on Sunday in Buffalo looked like it had during the last several seasons since Joe Burrow’s arrival. However, Sunday was a possible case of too little, too late in Cincinnati’s 39-34 loss .
The Bengals, who didn’t have Burrow for nine games due to turf toe surgery, fell to 4-9 and their hopes of making the playoffs are now faint at best. “We know what we can be. We know what we can do when we execute,” Burrow stated matter-of-factly to reporters after the game. “And we were able to execute today, for the most part, and we just got to do more.”
