According data presented by Kashmir Weather, Shopian was the coldest location in the Valley at –4.2°C, followed by Pulwama, Budgam and Baramulla, each registering –3.1°C. Srinagar recorded a minimum of –2.4°C, while Srinagar Airport dipped to –3.2°C. Other key temperature readings included Gulmarg at –2.5°C, Bandipora at –2.2°C and Sonamarg at –2.8°C. Only a few places, such as Kulgam (0.8°C) and Kokernag (0.1°C), remained marginally above freezing.
