The first of two quick clipper systems will move through the Northland, and this looks to be the weaker of them. While we start off the morning cold, with clouds increasing, by the afternoon, we will start to see light snow moving in from northwest to southeast, and a narrow band of 1-3 inches looks likely. Highs will top out in the mid-teens. Clouds will stick around overnight, keeping Tuesday morning a little milder.
However, we will have another Alberta Clipper for Tuesday afternoon. With this one, accumulating snow will be a little more widespread, and a band of 2-4 inches with pockets up to 6 inches seems likely. But right now, the location of that band would be more down toward the Brainerd area and extending out through Hinckley, with moderate snow still likely for the Twin Ports r
