PASCO, Wash. – The City of Pasco is preparing to meet with local legislators to discuss the city's 2026 legislative priorities.

The special workshop , set for December 8 at 6:00 p.m., will cover a range of critical issues impacting the community.

The agenda includes discussions on regional training needs, transportation improvements and water infrastructure projects:

Basic Law Enforcement Academy (BLEA) Pasco Campus - The city is requesting $972,000 in state funding to upgrade the facility. Proposed improvements include security fencing, restroom renovations, and a new portable classroom to enhance training quality and safety.
