Days of massive disruption in IndiGo services have left passengers across India stranded and frustrated. With hundreds of flights cancelled daily, many were forced to take long alternate routes and reached their destinations hours, or even days, late.

Speaking at Kolkata airport before leaving for Cooch Behar on Monday, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held the Centre responsible.
