Here's where you'll run into road work around Monroe County this week

Here’s the information about Monroe County road closings and construction for the week of Dec. 8, 2025:

Monroe County road closings

Stipp Road, between Mesa Lane and Moores Creek Road, will be closed from near 4625 Stipp Road to the 4900 block for guardrail and shoulder work Dec. 8-19, as part of the project to raise and widen the road. Construction on this project is expected to continue until Dec. 31. Resident access only will be accommodated within the construction zone. Cartop State Recreation Area is accessible via Moores Creek Road.
