WOODLAND PARK, Neb. (KTIV) - Earlier this week, the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Sherman County Sheriff’s office about a possible sexual assault suspect who lived in Stanton County.
During the investigation, the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office determined that a girl younger than 11 had been sexually assaulted several times at a Woodland Park residence.
According to the sheriff’s office, an interview with the minor led authorities to 50-year-old Henry Pena-Urrutia. The sheriff’s office says during the interview, Pena-Urrutia admitted improper and illegal sexual contact with the minor child on several occasions.
